Since 1987, Superior X-Ray Tube Company has been manufacturing quality x-ray tubes. We take pride in our diverse product line used in a wide range of applications, including, medical, dental, thickness gauging, food inspection, bone densitometry, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Spectroscopy.   Superior X-Ray manufactures a wide variety of x-ray tubes ranging from 50 microns to 2.8 mm focal spots, and kV ranges from 10kV to 130 kV with a standard tungsten target material. Alternate target materials and custom tube designs are available in minimum order sizes of 100 pieces.
